You will NOT be refunded for rejections. It is your responsibility to know what your facility rules are before you order. We do our best to filter through orders for allowable items. We will replace orders with allowable items unless you specify that there are special mail privileges in the notes section of your order.
At this time, any magazines sent back to us from any correctional institution are automatically destroyed and the customer has to pay for new magazine/s if they wish to receive any again.
When your order is shipped, you will be sent an additional email including your tracking information. You can track it via https://tools.usps.com/go/
To place a CashAPP order with GYRO you will need to send the payment to $MrGyro (you will see the GYRO logo). In the NOTES section of your CashApp order, please include NAME, ID, FACILITY ADDRESS and order information. You can also send a separate email with detailed order information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
